driving

We drove to Woodsbury last Sunday! It was really fun. First time there by car, thanks to Val's mum who rented an 8-seater. Driving and trying to find our own way there's really fun. I guess 'cos it's our first time driving on American roads. Alright I didn't drive. Been taking driving lessons though. 3-4 more times and it's the test! I really like driving; it's a lot easier than I thought, probably 'cos here we learn auto. I can't wait till I get my license then we can go on road trips!

And I must say I'm becoming an AX girl! Bought quit a few AX stuff at Woodsbury. For one thing, the range this time was a lot better than the last few times I've been there. Maybe cos it's the change of season? And I finally got more nice jeans!!! One from Miss Sixty and one from AX... plus a Tommy v-neck knit! That'll complete the 'jap' look=) heh...

I'm still waitlisted for my JFK-Narita part of my flight back to Singapore. If I get it on ANA, then I'll be going to HK in early Jan. Heard the AX stuff there's even cheaper. I hope so! If I don't get the ticket, I guess I'll stay here for winter. Maybe I'll plan a road trip. Any ideas?

time's really passing fast...

It's so different from last year. I still remember last year the few of us were literally counting down to any public holiday or winter break. But this year, it has already been, what, 5 week since school started?!? I feel like before I know it, it'll be Nov, then finals, then winter break again! wow... maybe 'cos there's really a lot more things to do this sem. 'Heavier' classes, more activities, hanging out more with friends... it all adds up. Sometimes it gets a little breathless but I'm enjoying it!
